The information you keep includes details about your clients, so it's fair to ask exactly how RelkoAI handles it. This is the plain-language overview; the Privacy Policy is the authoritative source.

What RelkoAI stores

Your account information (name and email), the content you add (leads, contacts, deals, tasks, notes, activities, goals — including client details), basic usage data, and payment information (handled by a third-party provider; RelkoAI doesn't store full card details). Your workspace content is yours, kept to provide the service to you.

Your workspace is private, and protected

RelkoAI is built for the individual agent, so your leads, contacts, and deals aren't pooled or shared with other users. Sensitive fields such as your AI API key are encrypted. No system can promise perfect security, but your data is handled with appropriate care.

How AI interacts with your data

AI runs only when you trigger it — it isn't reading your database in the background. When you run a feature, only the relevant content is sent (which may include the lead, contact, or deal details you chose to act on), only to the provider whose key you connected, and it isn't used to train their models. If you'd prefer certain sensitive details never leave the app, don't run AI on those records — or don't connect AI at all.

The choices you have

You can access and update your information anytime, disconnect your AI key whenever you want, and request account deletion by contacting support (personal information is removed or anonymized within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required).
