Your trust matters to us. This policy explains what information RelkoAI collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

RelkoAI ("RelkoAI", "we", "us", or "our") provides a web-based sales productivity tool for real estate agents. This Privacy Policy applies to our website and the RelkoAI application (together, the "Service").
We collect information in the following ways:
RelkoAI's AI features use a "bring your own key" model. When you choose to use AI, you provide your own API key from a provider such as Google, OpenAI, or Anthropic. Your key is stored encrypted and is used only to make AI requests on your behalf. The content you send to generate a draft is processed by your chosen AI provider under their terms; we do not use your content to train any models.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service (such as hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and your chosen AI provider), and only as needed to perform those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption of sensitive fields such as API keys. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
The Service is intended for business use by professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
