1. Overview

RelkoAI is a digital SaaS subscription product for solo real estate agents. Access to the product is provided digitally through the RelkoAI web application.

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refund requests are handled.

2. Free plan

RelkoAI offers a Free plan that allows users to try the product before upgrading to a paid subscription.

The Free plan is available at no cost and does not require a paid subscription.

3. Paid subscriptions

RelkoAI Pro is a paid subscription plan. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to be billed according to the pricing, billing cycle, and checkout terms shown at the time of purchase.

Paid subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually, depending on the option selected at checkout.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support.

After cancellation, your Pro access will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period, unless otherwise required by law or handled differently by the payment provider.

After the paid billing period ends, your account may return to the Free plan.

5. Refunds

Because RelkoAI is a digital subscription product with access provided after purchase, payments are generally non-refundable once paid access has been activated.

However, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, especially in cases such as:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Billing errors
  • Accidental purchases
  • Technical issues that prevent access to the paid product
  • Other situations required by applicable law

Refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of the original payment.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.

6. No guaranteed business results

RelkoAI is a productivity and CRM-style software tool. We do not guarantee specific sales results, closed deals, income, commissions, client acquisition, or business outcomes.

Payments are not refundable based on the user's business results or lack of expected sales performance.

8. Payment provider

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider.
