These terms govern your use of RelkoAI. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using RelkoAI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

RelkoAI is a web-based tool that helps real estate agents organize follow-ups, manage a pipeline, and draft messages with AI. We may update, improve, or change features over time.

3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and using the Service for professional purposes.

4. Plans, billing, and cancellation

  • The Free plan is available at no cost and has no time limit, subject to usage limits described in the Service.
  • Paid (Pro) subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment provider.
  • You may cancel at any time. On cancellation you keep Pro access through the end of your current billing period, after which your account returns to the Free plan.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law, including real estate, telemarketing, anti-spam, and data protection laws.
  • Send communications to contacts without the consent or legal basis required in your jurisdiction.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without our permission.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you add to the Service (your leads, contacts, deals, notes, and so on). You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you add.

7. AI features

AI features rely on third-party providers and your own API key. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or inappropriate; you are responsible for reviewing and editing any message before you send it. We are not liable for content produced by AI providers.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties such as sign-in, payment, email, and AI providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular business result.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RelkoAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
