The follow-up date is the most quietly powerful field in RelkoAI. It's the single input that decides when a lead reappears in your day, which makes it the mechanism that keeps your pipeline warm.

What a follow-up date does

Every lead and deal can carry a next follow-up date. On that day it appears in Today's Actions; if the date passes, it shows as overdue at the top. The implication is simple: a lead with no next follow-up date is invisible to your daily list. Every active lead should always have one.

Setting a follow-up

Set it when you create or edit a lead, or right after you log an activity. RelkoAI uses a date-and-time picker, and you can't set a date in the past. Pick realistic timing you'll actually keep, and set the next one immediately while the context is fresh.

Rescheduling

Plans change constantly, so rescheduling is just editing the next follow-up date. Reschedule instead of ignoring — an intentional new date keeps your list honest; a pile of ignored overdue items makes it noise.

Timezone and closed stages

Follow-up timing is calculated against your local day (your profile timezone), which is why confirming it during setup matters. And when you move a lead or deal into a closed stage, RelkoAI clears its follow-up so it stops appearing in your list. Don't use "Closed" as a snooze button — to pause a lead, keep its active stage and push the date out.
